For example, giving a poll to your readers asking for their feedback can help you discover different topics to blog about and how to improve your writing, while letting your readers know that you value their opinion.

Participating in web communities or discussion forums and mentioning your blog in your signature and profile will help keep readers coming back to your site. In addition, you can gain new readers when doing this.
You can also be loyal to the blogs of other writers and ask them to visit your site.
Also, leave quality comments about their site frequently and they will definitely visit your site. If you have mutual interests and the same type of readers, you can even share your blog links on your site.
